Sacha Van Loon

Sacha joined our team in June 2022 after completing the 3-year Law Clerk Advanced program at Durham College where she graduated with President’s Honours.  Prior to returning to school, she worked for six years as a bilingual administrative assistant. Sacha works as a Practice Assistant with the firm helping the lawyers out on administrative tasks as well as law clerk duties. She assists the lawyers with the production and management of legal documents. More specifically, she assists in the preparation of documents, such as affidavits of documents, undertakings and affidavits in support of motions and applications. Sacha has experience working with the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada.  Sacha is fluently bilingual so she assists our clients in both English and French. On her free time, Sacha can be found enjoying outdoor activities with her children, reading novels and trying out new dinner recipes in the kitchen.
