Laurie St-Pierre

Laurie returns as a lawyer after completing her articles with the firm and clerking at the Federal Court of Canada for the Honourable Justice Alan S. Diner.

Laurie earned her law degree at the University of Ottawa in the Programme de droit canadien, a unique program that combines and compares Canada’s two legal traditions: common law and civil law. While studying, she worked at the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic as a caseworker and division leader in the criminal division, at a human rights legal clinic, and for the Canada Border Services Agency. Laurie also participated in the Michel Bastarache Moot and her team received the Pierre Foucher Award for Best Factum.

Before entering law, Laurie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice and undertook specialized studies in Mental Health and Addictions. Fully bilingual, she is committed to serving clients in both official languages with professionalism and dedication.

Laurie is originally from Trois-Rivières, Québec, and when not in the office, Laurie enjoys visiting her family back home, watching football and traveling.
