Biography

Andréa joined Caza Saikaley in 2017 after completing her articles with the firm. Fluently bilingual, she cultivates a civil litigation practice in both official languages with a focus on personal injury, medical malpractice, defamation, and employment law.

Andréa is a bijural lawyer with a unique background, as her foundational training years were spent completing a dual law degree program in France and England. She then completed a graduate degree in law (LL.M.) in Montréal and worked for two years at a bilingual law firm providing services to members of the community who have suffered serious personal injury as a result of medical malpractice or negligence.

Throughout her time in the field, Andréa has always prioritized the acquisition of knowledge and experience. As President of the Paris Sheffield Law Association, Andréa created and developed mentorship programming for junior lawyers while earning bronze medal recognition at the University moot competition. She has a publication on the topic of Development and Corporate Social Responsibility and continues to advocate for equal access to justice.

Andréa prides herself in being hard-working and compassionate. Keenly aware of the stress and costs faced by clients in any legal matters, she strives to understand the client experience and to problem solve as thoughtfully and efficiently as possible.
