Constitutional and Human Rights Law

Our firm has a solid experience in constitutional law. Mandates from our clients include cases concerning the division of powers, the violation of fundamental rights and the constitutionality of several laws or articles of laws.

Our human rights work consists of bringing and defending human rights complaints and providing advice in this area. Indeed, the Caza Saikaley team has extensive experience in dealing with a wide variety of human rights issues, whether governed by the Canadian Human Rights Act or by the provincial human rights legislation.

Many of our lawyers began their careers as judicial law clerks at the Supreme Court of Canada or other appellate courts, where they gained invaluable knowledge and a deep understanding of major constitutional matters.
