Administrative Law and Judicial Review
Administrative law is the area of law that governs the operation and procedures of government agencies, such as commissions and boards.
Caza Saikaley actively advises on a wide range of administrative law matters and regularly represents clients in this area. Representative mandates include civil proceedings, judicial reviews, representation of clients in administrative inquiries and disciplinary actions before various professional orders. We also represent clients before labour relations boards and human rights tribunals.
